I am no longer associated with @/pencil-senpai The reason being is because his character designs are constantly too alike to mine, even when I've asked for them to be changed he will force his way and play the victim card. I’ve asked him time and time again to make alterations, pointed out similarities, and even offered to help with ideas to help said alterations. I made the tweets for a factual purpose, I'm sick and tired of constantly having an artist come at me and "reuse" my ideas, for ponytails, pigtails, and basic colour palettes.



Now of course I don't own ponytails, pigtails, or even simple colours. But the sheer fact of him always telling me about his ideas/creations, then labeling the items as "Zin's hair" or "Zen's hair" only tells me that he strongly associates those aspects with my characters.
(A perfect example is many anime girls have long pigtails, but if you say "Hatsune Miku like pigtails" you suddenly get a very different idea and now exactly where it's taken from) 

Another perfect example was this design;

The first sketch he admits it's Zen, no hard feelings. We all muck up...yet you see later the design has changed very little. He admits it's a 'red Len' (Red is the foundation of Zen’s colour pallet) and even includes lighter parts of hair, not to mention the same earrings, eye colour, etc.

He claims we were extremely close so he knew my characters well existed-- He even joked about stealing said characters before .( )


He later makes up some excuse about a MLP oc, that design wise isn't alike to me at all. Where’s the hat? Why the SAME piercings on his ear?

Since then this has been an uphill battle; from randomly getting the same ideas as me, telling everyone we're super close, constantly asking for money-- which is why I bought him a core membership.

At first I never outwardly said he stole anything from me. I don't like to throw those accusations around lightly, but the fact it's on going and him constantly shoving it in my face.. ( ) This is something I can no longer ignore. You can see the dates on some of the chats. Yes, it's been that long.
He claims to have "respected" me, and that I "never asked" for him to change anything, you can see just in these few screenshots how much I bring up how alike his designs are to mine. 
Since I'm "spilling tea" I'll mention him wanting to steal models and sell them

I don't care for drama. I'm just simply brushing my hands clean of this mess. Originally this was only meant for twitter, so my followers there knew. Bringing it to DA wasn't something I wanted to do, but decided it was for the best so both our sides could be heard.


(No, he never said sorry either, big surprise. After almost a year of this, going to him again would of been pointless like the other times) 

Looking for comic commissioners, this is a "bigger" project so there's about 17 chapters and 6/7 pages per chapter, but I have no time frame and as I stated the chapters are very short and punchy ^^ please link or leave examples of your work~!
